2022 New York City Mechanical Code

This is a fully integrated custom code based on the 2018 International Mechanical Code. The 2022 NYC Mechanical Code regulates the design, installation, maintenance, alteration and inspection of mechanical systems permanently installed and used in buildings to control environmental conditions and related processes in NYC.This code is part of the 2014 NYC Construction Codes, effective as of November 7, 2022. The other 2022 NYC Construction Codes/books include Building, Plumbing, Fuel Gas, and the General Administrative Provisions.
